Theme Weeks

So, at the request of several of my friends, I'll be doing theme weeks here and there either selected by me, or the friends who insisted I do them. Provided below is a list of the theme weeks already decided upon. If you have an idea for a theme week please feel free to suggest it. I'm also willing to take suggestions for horror movies you would like to see a review of.

Approved Theme Weeks:
Kookoo for Kiwis (films from New Zealand (and yes, I know that's not how you spell kookoo))

Full Moon Fever (Full Moon Pictures/Features films)

Shark Week (I would hope that this one is self explanatory...)

UK Invasion (films from Ireland/Scotland/England)

Wanna See Saw? (all 7 Saw films)

Asian Persuasion (films from Korea/China/Japan/Taiwan)

Pertwee for Me (films featuring Sean Pertwee)

Vive la Frenchie (films from France)

Must Bleed (films that I think every horror, and non-horror, fan alike should see)

She's the...Scream Queen (Jamie Lee Curtis films)

Gore-Be-Gone (films devoid of gore (blood does not count as gore) that are "good" horror movies)

Are You Afraid of the Dark? (films (the one's I liked) from the After Dark Horrorfest selections)

Oh No They Didn't... (remakes)

Craven Images (Wes Craven films)

Things That Go Bump in the Night (monster/creature films (minus zombies/werewolves/vampires))

Howlin' For You (werewolf films)

Hail to the King (Stephen King films (none of the mini-series))

Game Over, Man! Game Over! (films based on video games)

Crop Circle Demesne (films with extra-terrestrials)

Stuck On Repeat (my favorite horror films)

We All Go a Little Mad Sometimes (films set in insane asylums)

  1. Only two of Hitchcock's movies could be considered horror (Psycho & The Birds), the others would be considered thrillers or mysteries.
